Our work

Built for real businesses, starting with ours.

We started developing our own software because our growing manufacturing operation had become too dependent on spreadsheets, manual processes, emails, and constant communication to keep work moving. We needed a better way to know what to produce, maintain the right inventory, prioritize production, and make sure employees were working on the tasks that mattered most.

Our goal was to create a system that could automate these processes, put the right information in front of the right person at the right time, and reduce the amount of manual management required. Ultimately, we wanted to build a smarter, more efficient operation that could improve customer lead times and allow us to continue growing without having to increase our workforce at the same rate.

Here's what we built, and what it's like to use day to day.

Blue Alpha Shop Floor

The starting point

As we grew, the way we'd always done things stopped keeping up. We saw a chance to rethink how information moved through the business and how the team managed each day's work.

What we built

Software designed around the way work actually happens. It gives each employee the right information at the right time, guiding every step and making manufacturing, receiving, and inventory easier to manage.

Day to day

The spreadsheets, email threads, and walk-backs to the floor are gone. Everyone works from one live picture of what's in progress and what's next, inventory updates as receiving happens, and managers step in by exception. Lead times are easier to keep.

Oz Concrete & Stone website home page

Contractor · Newnan, GA

Oz Concrete & Stone

The starting point

Oz had a basic brochure site that didn't show the quality of their work, listed only a few of their services, and gave customers no easy next step. They had no presence on social media or Google.

What we built

A website built to turn visitors into customers: a clear headline that says what Oz does and where, a project gallery, customer reviews, and a free-quote form on every page. Behind it, a custom CRM captures each request automatically.

Day to day

Customers can see the work and request a quote in seconds. Every inquiry lands in one place, so the team can respond fast and follow each job from first contact through completion.

Newnan Cougar Theatre website with a lit theatre marquee

Nonprofit · High school drama club

Newnan Cougar Theatre

The starting point

A simple Weebly site and a Google calendar covered the basics, but none of the personality, school pride, or excitement of the theatre came through. There was no single place to buy tickets, concessions, or merch, or to join the boosters.

What we built

One site with the current show front and center, a season calendar, and the look of a real theatre. Tickets, concessions, merch, and booster memberships all run through it, and volunteers check tickets in by phone at the door. Behind it, an admin site lets the board post productions, photos, and newsletters, and track merch orders and finances.

Day to day

Audiences find the show and buy everything in one visit. The board updates the site themselves, and boosters see orders and finances in one place instead of a stack of logins.
